Job description
Crescent is seeking a Manager, People Operations to lead compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HRIS across a large, distributed workforce. You will design and optimize processes, partner with Finance and Legal, and deliver timely data-driven insights to shape workforce strategy.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will build scalable systems, drive adherence to policy, and advance employee experience while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.
