Job description
Zeeland Farm Services I is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and support our HR initiatives in Blissfield, MI. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in HR (or related field) plus 1–3 years of HR experience; PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in this role.
