People Operations SpecialistUserpilot is a B2B SaaS product experience platform that helps companies drive user activation, retention, and growth through in-app engagement, product analytics, and surveys. We're a fast-growing, globally distributed team serving customers around the world.About the RoleWe're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and help scale our people processes as we grow. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations to own the employee lifecycle end-to-end — from onboarding through offboarding — while helping build the systems and processes that let a lean team support a distributed, international workforce across the US, Ireland, and contractor markets.This is a hands-on, generalist role for someone who enjoys both the operational rigor of process and compliance work and the human side of supporting employees day to day.What You'll DoOwn onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions (US, Ireland, and international contractor markets)Administer payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll providers across regions, including PTO accrual, overtime, and benefits administrationMaintain HRIS data accuracy and ensure records are current and audit-readyManage and own recruiting operations: job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsDraft and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, policy documents, and handbooksEnsure compliance with local employment law across jurisdictionsSupport DSAR (Data Subject Access Request) processes and other data privacy obligations related to employee dataPartner with managers on performance processes, employee relations matters, and policy questionsContribute to compensation benchmarking and equity/pay-band maintenanceWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar roles, ideally at a SaaS or tech companyExperience supporting employees across multiple countries (US and EU/Ireland experience is a strong plus)Working knowledge of payroll fundamentals, PTO accrual structures, and benefits administrationFamiliarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systemsStrong understanding of employment compliance basics (EEO, GDPR, local labor law)Excellent written communication skills; comfortable drafting formal HR correspondence and policy languageHigh attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive/confidential informationComfortable operating with autonomy in a lean, fast-moving teamExperience with workforce analytics or device/MDM management coordinationBenefitsPrivate medical insuranceHybrid structure: 3 days in office, 2 remote15 days PTO + public holidays14 days sick leaveTraining budget, industry events, and conference accessEEO StatementUserpilot is an equal opportunity employer.
