Job description
Truecaller is seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the daily People Ops functions, including compensation, benefits, compliance, HR systems, and employee experience. You will manage employee records, payroll inputs, and inquiries from employees and leaders.
You will handle onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events, including contracts, background checks, promotions, and org changes, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations globally.
