Job description
Tensec, a cross-border trade AI platform, is hiring a People Operations leader based in Palo Alto. You will build scalable policies, workflows, and an HRIS system across the US, Brazil, and Mexico, enabling onboarding, offboarding, leaves, benefits, and compliance with CLT, Mexican labor law, and US employment rules.
You will own configuration end to end, automate manual tasks, and collaborate with Legal, Recruiting, and Finance to keep headcount and compensation data reconciled.
