Gecko Robotics is seeking a People Partner to scale the People function, drive culture, and partner with department heads to grow our talent. You will build processes for growth, learning, development, and compliance while embedding HR practices across the organization.
You are a collaborative leader who uses data-backed thinking to influence decisions, support managers, and evolve Gecko’s people strategy as we scale a rapidly growing, office-first but flexible startup.
