Job description
Fluidstack is building civilization‑scale infrastructure for AI and is hiring a People Partner for the Manufacturing organization as it scales from startup crew to full production workforce.
You will coach managers, lead on hiring decisions, own employee relations, and design onboarding, reviews, engagement, and off‑boarding rhythms. The role requires experience with hourly and salaried staff, rapid decision making, strong employment-law judgment, and, bonus, bilingual English and Spanish.
