Job description
Kinective is seeking a People Business Partner to align talent strategy with business goals and drive organizational performance for banks and credit unions.
This hybrid role partners with leadership, HR, finance, and operations to shape workforce plans, develop leaders, and improve retention, engagement, and culture.
You’ll analyze talent data, advise on structure, and coach managers to grow talent across the organization, with a total rewards package including health benefits and 401(k).
