Job description
Big Mamma Group is expanding into Southern Florida with a dedicated People Partner on the ground. This role focuses on protecting and enhancing our US employee experience, ensuring strict compliance, and shaping HR processes for the American launch across Carmine’s & Big Mamma concepts.
You will manage HR operations, audits, and data integrity while partnering with restaurant managers and headquarters to deploy people-centric programs in a high-growth hospitality environment.
