Job description
Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Human Resources People Relations Partner Specialist I to join the HR team. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, coaching and project support as VOALA grows.
You will work directly with program managers and staff, conduct workplace investigations, facilitate recruiting, and help position HR as a strategic partner while delivering training and policy guidance.
