Texas Children's Hospital is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to partner with frontline and mid-level leaders, guiding them through performance, attendance, conduct, and policy questions. You will work with experienced ER professionals to identify risks and help leaders find practical solutions that support both staff and the organization.
