Job description
Arlo Hotels in New York is seeking an Assistant Director of People Services to support three Manhattan properties. You will partner with the General Manager and the SVP of People Services to guide recruitment, performance management, training, employee relations and safety programs.
You will champion Arlo Culture, oversee benefits and 401K considerations, lead employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with local and federal laws while advising leadership on policy and process
