People Services Leader

This People Services (PS) position is an integral member of the leadership team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on strategic human resources (HR) and other matters which impact business results.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Sets objectives and expectations for self and business partners (and drives accountability for results)

Creates and maintains a management process for progressing work activities

Identifies and works towards key priorities through executing our human capital strategy.

Develop and implement retention strategies to impact patient care

Serve as a trusted advisor/coach to leaders, providing guidance on HR initiatives and partnering with them to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and address employee development needs, including training, coaching, and performance management.

Collaborates with leaders to identify critical roles and develops succession plans for key positions

Identify high potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for the future leadership roles.

Monitor and tracks progress of key talent actions within the business

Conduct regular HR data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and develop appropriate action plans.

Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices.

Translates broader goals and objectives into measurable deliverables and achieving results

Maintains a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on crucial details

Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Drives accountability with their partners in the Village on how to Lead the DaVita Way as appropriate for their roles

Accountable to employee engagement scores with clear action plan to drive results

Collaborate with leader to define the need for change and identify the desired outcomes

Develop change management plans including communication strategies, training programs and stakeholder engagement plans

Develop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate the change to all teammates

Use strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence decision making and gain buy in from stakeholders

Present data, insights and recommendation to be influential in supporting the why behind initiatives

Build commitment with stakeholders to create a shared vision and drive organizational change

We are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated success in the following areas:

Previous experience leading multi site Human Capital Strategy

Experience coaching leaders (manager and above)

Experience identifying and committed to driving Key Performance Indicators

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferred

Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record required

Minimum of 5 years' hands-on human resources experience as a human resource business partner

Minimum of 3 years' experience as human resources manager strongly preferred; experience in large (1000+) company preferred.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook required

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Learn more at
