Job description
Genesis in New Mexico is seeking a People Strategy Partner to lead retention efforts and culture across a pod of nursing centers. You will coach leaders, reduce turnover, and align HR practices with local needs to strengthen engagement and organization-wide trust.
You’ll spend most of your time on the front lines, empowering nursing center leadership and fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace for caregivers and staff.
