Job description
Genesis is seeking a People Strategy Partner to lead the culture and retention across Ravenswood, Ravenswood Center, Parkersburg Centers and nearby nursing facilities. This on-site role partners with Nursing Home Administrators and department heads to create a people-first workplace.
You will spend most time on the front lines, using data to reduce turnover and coach leaders to build high-performing teams that feel seen, heard, and valued.
