nWe're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Absecon, NJ area .
nNO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! We'll teach you everything you need to know through PAID TRAINING . Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receive guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

nAbout the Position
nAs an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.
nResponsibilities include:
nnInstalling new tires and wheels
nRotating and balancing tires
nPerforming flat repairs and other tire services
nFollowing established safety and service procedures
nHelping meet customer-promised delivery times
nProviding high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
n nIn addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earn weekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform .
