Here, you're not just part of a workforce — you're part of a family that cares.As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will:Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising therapist.Assist patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, coordination, and independence.Observe, document, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist and physician.Educate patients and their families on safe mobility practices and use of assistive equipment.Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with BrightStar Care standards.Qualifications:Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.Current, valid Massachusetts license to practice as a PTACurrent CPR/BLS certification.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience; home health experience preferred.We believe caring for others starts with caring for our team.
