NYU Langone Health in Huntington is seeking a Per Diem Ambulatory Care Nurse to support nursing practice and clinical policies across the site. The role emphasizes coordination, communication, implementation and evaluation of patient care plans, and collaboration with licensed providers to deliver patient-centered care.
