Job description
Regional Hospice and Palliative Care seeks per diem APRNs with hospice and palliative care experience for the inpatient Center for Comfort Care and Healing in Danbury. The role may include home hospice and pediatric/patient assessments, working with an interdisciplinary team on care plans.
Requirements include CT APRN license, FNP helpful, DEA/NPI numbers, and solid communication skills. Weekend and on-call availability is expected; per diem schedule may vary by program needs and patient demand.
