Job description
St. John’s Community Services in Newark, DE is seeking a Per Diem Behavior Analyst (BA) to support individuals and families through Applied Behavior Analysis, function analyses, and behavior reduction strategies.
The BA will supervise and train staff, develop behavior plans, and collaborate with DSPs and families to implement effective supports. Responsibilities include supervision of staff, training in ABA techniques, data collection for program efficacy, and coordination with teams.
