Job description
Providence Valdez Medical Center is hiring a Clinical Pharmacist I for per diem coverage at Valdez, AK. The role provides patient-focused pharmaceutical care onsite and works with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy and outcomes. The position is 0.01 FTE with variable shifts and on-site work.
Minimum qualifications include a PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Alaska Pharmacist License on hire, and BLS where applicable; acute care experience and PGY1 residency preferred.
