Job description
Tufts Medicine is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I - Per Diem in Boston, MA. This role reviews medication orders, monitors drug therapies, provides drug information, and supports hospital pharmacy operations to ensure safe and effective patient care.
The pharmacist coordinates with physicians and nurses, participates in therapy optimization, and may educate staff and patients while adhering to state and federal regulations.
