nConcern Housing is seeking Per Diem Counselors to join our growing agency and provide relief coverage at our Brooklyn locations. Per Diem allows you to work around your schedule while you gain experience and knowledge in the non-profit, social work field. Great opportunity for professional development, for college students, or individuals looking for a supplemental income with flexible hours!
nDays/Hours: All Shifts Available; Days, Evenings, Weekends and Overnight shifts
nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
nnnProvide site or program coverage as needed.
n
nnMonitor medications as needed and required.
n
nnResponsible for documentation of client contact, collateral contracts and any other relevant information.
n
nnAssist clients with household/apartment responsibilities as needed.
n
nnProvide transportation in agency vehicles for clients as needed.
n
nnResponsible for performing other tasks as needed and assigned by supervisor.
n
nnRemain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
n
n nRequirements: Per Diem Counselors are required to have a High School Diploma or equivalent and some experience in a similar setting or education in the field of Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
nConcern Housing offers an Agency Sponsored Retirement Plan and Employee Sponsored 403(b) Retirement Plan for part time employees. nPay Rate: $20/hr.
