nProvidence Medical Group (PMG) Dermatology is seeking a board‑certified Dermatologist to join an on‑call/per diem pool, providing intermittent clinical coverage across our dermatology practices in the Portland metro area.

nThis role offers a unique opportunity to stay clinically active—or supplement an existing practice—while maintaining maximum flexibility, no call burden, and strong operational support.

nAbout PMG Dermatology

nPMG Dermatology is a well‑established, physician‑led group consisting of 20 dermatologists and one Mohs surgeon, with five clinics throughout the Portland metro area, including:

nRole Overview:

nnnOn‑Call / Per Diem role (0.01 FTE)

n

nnProvide short‑ and/or long‑term coverage based on physician vacation, medical leave, or family leave

n

nnTime commitment may range from a few weeks to a few months per year

n

nnAdvance notice provided whenever possible to support scheduling flexibility

n

nnYou may work alongside other dermatologists in clinic, though independent coverage may occasionally be needed

n

n nThis role is ideal for dermatologists seeking intermittent clinical work without long‑term scheduling commitments.

nPractice Support & Clinical Environment:

nnnTwo dedicated medical assistants, who also serve as scribes

n

nnNo evening, weekend, or after‑hours call

n

nnNarrowband UVB phototherapy and photodynamic therapy available on site

n

nnFully supported clinic operations and experienced care teams

n

n nCompensation & Coverage:

nnnCompensation is $298 per hour

n

nnMalpractice liability insurance provided by Providence

n
