Job description
One Medical is seeking a per diem, hourly clinician to see patients at multiple Chicago clinics, including Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, The Loop, Fulton Market and River North. The role involves acute, chronic, and well visits, with occasional tele-health, and collaboration with in-person and virtual teams.
Requirements include at least 2 years of primary care experience, Illinois licensure or eligibility, strong communication, and a data-driven approach to improving patient outcomes.
