nSchedule: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
nOnsite Pay: $190/hour
nTelemedicine Lab-Result Consultations: $140/hour
nContract Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
nVitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Delaware-licensed physician to provide preventive health services during three corporate wellness clinic dates at 400 Bellevue Parkway in Wilmington. This is a structured outpatient assignment with scheduled patients, onsite clinical support, no insurance billing, no hospital rounds and no call responsibilities.
nAvailability for all three dates is strongly preferred, but physicians available for one or two dates may apply and identify their available dates.

n nResponsibilities
nnConduct preventive wellness examinations and health assessments.
nReview medical histories, medications, current concerns and risk factors.
nDiscuss screening findings and laboratory results.
nProvide individualized preventive-care guidance and patient education.
nRecommend follow-up with primary-care providers or specialists.
nComplete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
nConduct separately scheduled telemedicine lab-result consultations when assigned.
nMaintain patient confidentiality and professional clinical standards.
n nQualifications
nnActive, unrestricted Delaware physician license.
nMD or DO degree.
nBoard certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine or another relevant primary-care specialty.
nAt least three years of post-training clinical experience preferred.
nCurrent BLS/CPR.
nComfortable practicing independently within a defined preventive-care scope.
nStrong patient-education, communication and documentation skills.
nAble to commute reliably to 400 Bellevue Parkway.
nPersonal laptop or tablet capable of securely connecting to the provided charting system.
