Job description
Visiting Angels of Mercer & Burlington Counties, NJ seeks a Home Care Field Registered Nurse (RN)/Case Manager for in-home visits across Mercer County and ideally some Burlington County clients. This part-time/per diem role offers flexible hours with visits primarily on weekdays.
The RN will perform initial assessments, reassessments, and develop personalized care plans, while supervising CHHAs and coordinating care with clients and families.
