Job description
LHC Group, a leading post-acute care partner within the Optum family, is hiring a Per Diem Senior Living Physical Therapist. Provide age-appropriate rehab for adults and geriatrics, develop home exercise programs, and participate in team conferences. Direct patient care and supervision of staff are expected.
Qualifications:
current PT licensure in state, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
