Job description
Remedy Home Health Care in Ventura County is seeking a licensed Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our patient‑centered team on a per‑diem basis. You’ll visit clients in Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and nearby towns, delivering high‑quality in‑home therapy.
In this role you will perform in‑home OT evaluations and reassessments, create individualized care plans, and help patients regain independence with activities of daily living while improving home safety.
