Job description
Kanawha Hospice Care, Inc. seeks a Home Health Physical Therapist to cover per diem shifts across Kanawha and Putnam counties, WV. You will deliver PT services ordered by physicians and support the clinical team in home health visits.
Ideal candidates have graduated from an approved physical therapy program and hold an unrestricted West Virginia license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Per diem schedule offers flexibility with patient-focused care.
