Job description
JTC Home Health is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to provide home health services in El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee and surrounding East County. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity for one-on-one patient care in patients' homes.
The PT will perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop and document the Plan of Care, and deliver skilled therapies while educating patients and families. Travel across the East County service area is required.
