Job description
Humana Inc. is seeking a Home Health RN to provide skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis in patients' residences in North Miami, FL. The role follows physician orders and Plan of Care under supervision of Clinical Services.
You will perform initial evaluations, develop and revise the Plan of Care, coordinate services, and document care while adhering to OSHA and HIPAA standards. A valid Florida RN license and required certifications are essential.
