Job description
Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse to ensure accurate clinical documentation, support home health patients, and collaborate with clinical staff across the continuum of care.
Responsibilities include reviewing OASIS assessments, ICD-10 coding, quality improvement participation, and ensuring compliant, high‑quality patient care in home settings. A California RN license and 1–2 years of home health experience are required.
