Job description
Crossroads Hospice is hiring Per Diem Hospice Nurse Practitioners to deliver compassionate medical care in and around the Memphis area. You will assess health histories, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized care plans with a patient-centered focus.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the hospice interdisciplinary team, educating families, and ensuring compliance with state Nurse Practice Acts and regulatory requirements.
