Job description
UnitedHealth Group, in partnership with Deaconess Hospice, is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse Case Manager to deliver the Plan of Care for hospice patients and ensure quality care across the community.
The role requires an unrestricted RN license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation; pay is hourly and varies by shift with comprehensive benefits offered.
