Job description
Holisticare Hospice in New Jersey is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join their team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families in Atlantic and Cape May Counties. This role involves planning and directing hospice care while engaging effectively with patients and families.
Ideal candidates will hold a current RN license, have at least one year of experience in a medical surgical setting, and possess strong communication and clinical skills. The position offers a pay range of $41.00 - $46.00 per hour based on experience.
