Job description
AdvisaCare Hospice is seeking a compassionate Per Diem Hospice RN to support our Tri-Cities location. You will provide emotional support to patients and families, conduct supervisory visits for team performance, and contribute to the patient/family plan of care with interdisciplinary input.
The role requires active RN licensure in Michigan, hospice experience, and willingness to participate in field visits and daily on-call duties to ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
