Job description
St. Peter's Health Partners Community Hospice is seeking a Per Diem RN to join the Homecare team serving Columbia and Greene counties.
The role involves coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team and delivering compassionate, patient-centered hospice services in patients' homes. The schedule is weekdays 8am–4:30pm with no weekends; requires NY RN license, an associate degree (BSN preferred), and a valid driver's license.
