Job description
Chapters Health System is seeking a Per Diem RN to provide exceptional palliative care in Virginia. The role involves assessing patient needs, developing Plans of Care, and coordinating with an Interdisciplinary Group (IDG). Ideal candidates are licensed RNs with experience in hospice or hospital settings and a passion for patient care.
The position requires excellent communication skills, flexible scheduling, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is competitive at $47.00 per hour.
