Job description
Amedisys Hospice Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care, assessments and ongoing support to patients in Roanoke, VA. You will collaborate with physicians, care teams, and families to develop and update the plan of care and ensure continuity of quality nursing care.
