Job description
The Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital in South Ogden, Utah, part of Ernest Health, Inc., seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The role supports care across strokes, spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, and complex conditions with a collaborative clinical team.
