Job description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem home health role in the Raleigh area. The position involves visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes across Johnston, Wake, and Durham counties, 2–3 days per week.
Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, and documenting care using a tablet. North Carolina licensure and EMR experience are preferred.
