Job description
Advocate Health seeks a part-time Speech Language Pathologist at Advocate Condell Medical Center – Acute Care Rehabilitation. You will interpret physician referrals and conduct evaluations for a range of speech, language, voice, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
You will establish written plans of care, implement treatment, monitor outcomes, and coordinate discharge planning with families and community services while maintaining thorough documentation and maintaining department standards.
