Job description
Select Medical is seeking a PRN Case Manager at our Critical Illness Recovery Hospital (LTACH) in New Jersey. The role focuses on discharge planning, utilization review, and social work services, reporting to the Director of Case Management. Availability is needed for a minimum of 2 shifts per month on weekdays, with 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
