Job description
Personal Touch Home Care of Kentucky Inc in Columbia, KY seeks an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a per diem role delivering in-home counseling and support to patients with chronic conditions and ages.
Eligible candidates hold an active LCSW in Kentucky and have at least 3 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in home health. Compensation is $60-$70 per visit, with options as a 1099 contractor or W2 employee.
