Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) - Exeter, NHJoin our team at Langdon Place of Exeter, a self-evacuate assisted living community committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking per-diem LNAs to work as needed. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and are looking for a supportive and dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!Position: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)Compensation: $20 - $26 based on experienceShifts: No set shift; as neededJob Summary:As an LNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring and reporting on their health, and supporting nursing staff in delivering exceptional care.Key Responsibilities:Providing daily personal care and assistance with activities of daily livingSafely positioning and transporting residentsAssisting with mealtime setup, feeding, and intake documentationDelivering nutritional supplements and recording intakeWeighing residents and reporting changes promptlyMonitoring and reporting skin concerns such as pressure areas or tearsSupporting toileting programs and documenting careMaintaining accurate flow sheets and progress notesCommunicating changes in resident condition to nursing staffAssisting with admissions, discharges, and transfersParticipating in care plan meetings when assignedFollowing infection-control and safety protocolsTaking part in emergency drills and responding appropriately during emergenciesYour presence helps ensure residents feel safe, supported, and respected every day.Qualifications:Valid Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New HampshireCompassionate and patient-focused attitudeStrong communication and teamwork skillsPrevious experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not requiredAbility to meet physical demands (standing, lifting 35 lbs, etc.)Willingness to work occasional weekends or holidayBenefitsWe are proud to offer full- and part-time employee's benefits options, including:Healthcare benefits (full-time only)Dental (full-time only)Vision (full-time only)STD/LTDLife Insurance401(k) ProgramVacation and sick timePersonal days (full-time only)Wellness program with free telehealth, preventative care, deep discounts on some pharmaceutical prescriptions, and moreEligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.If you're committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care and want to join a supportive team that values your skills, we'd love to meet you.
