Job description
New England Village is seeking a Per Diem RN/LPN to support residential and day services across Pembroke, MA. The role includes nursing assessments, care coordination, and clinical support to promote quality health outcomes with a person-centered approach.
The RN/LPN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and healthcare providers, ensure documentation accuracy, and maintain patient dignity, independence, and safety during transitions of care.
