Job description
CFG Health Systems, LLC in Portland, ME invites an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN/APRN) to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
In collaboration with physicians and the care team, the APN prescribes medications, orders tests, develops individualized treatment plans, documents in the EHR, participates in on‑call coverage, and supports infection control and quality improvement.
