Job description
Atlantic Health in New Jersey is seeking a healthcare professional to work with other providers to treat patients with injuries, illnesses or disabilities. You will monitor patients, administer medications, keep records, consult with healthcare providers, educate patients and more.
In this role you will maintain records, monitor symptoms, participate in care plans, document vital signs, and perform related duties as assigned.
