Job description
Vivo Infusion seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner for a per diem role in Grand Haven, MI. You will oversee infusion care, create care plans, and act as the clinical liaison between referring physicians and the infusion center, with telehealth support as needed.
The role emphasizes compliance with regulations, patient safety, and collaboration with the Medical Director. Fridays are required, with 2 days/week and specific 8:30am–5:00pm hours.
